What the badges mean
Two badges help you tell sellers apart: one confirms identity, the other proves a track record. Here is exactly how each is earned.
Verified — identity confirmed
An administrator has reviewed and approved an identity document submitted by the seller. The green Verified badge signals that the person behind the account has been checked.
Established — a proven track record
The seller has a complete profile, at least one active gig, and at least one 4-star or higher review from a completed order. The blue Established badge is earned by delivering.
How to earn the badges

Badge questions, answered
What is the difference between the Verified and Established badges?+
Verified means an administrator has confirmed the seller's identity from a document review. Established means the seller has a complete profile, an active gig and at least one 4-star or higher review from a completed order. Sellers can hold both.
How does a seller get the Verified badge?+
From the seller dashboard, submit an identity document. An administrator reviews it and approves or rejects the submission. Once approved, the green Verified badge shows on the seller's profile and gigs.
What does the Established badge mean?+
Established is a soft badge earned automatically from real activity: a complete profile (title, bio, photo and location), at least one active gig, and at least one 4-star or higher review from a completed order.
Can buyers filter for verified sellers?+
Yes. Use the Verified only filter on the gigs page to see listings from verified sellers. You can also sort by rating and reviews to compare track records.
Is a seller's identity document safe?+
Identity documents are reviewed by administrators and are not shown publicly. Buyers only see the resulting badge status — never the document itself.
Do badges guarantee quality?+
Badges are one signal among several. Combine them with a seller's reviews, order history and portfolio, and remember that every order is covered by escrow-style payment protection whether or not the seller has a badge.
