How much does it cost to sell on Gigwyn?+
Nothing to get started. Listing gigs is free and there are no monthly fees. Gigwyn takes a flat 12% commission only when an order is completed, so you keep 88% of every sale.
How much do buyers pay in fees?+
Buyers pay a 3% service fee on top of the gig or project price. The full breakdown is always shown before you confirm payment and there are no hidden fees.
When is the seller commission charged?+
Only on completed orders. If an order is cancelled before any work is approved, the buyer is refunded and no commission is taken.
When and how do sellers get paid?+
Once a buyer approves delivery, the held payment is released to the seller's balance. Sellers can request a payout from their dashboard when their available balance is at least $5, and payouts are approved by an administrator.
Are there fees for refunds or disputes?+
If a dispute results in a refund, the buyer receives their money back and the commission is not kept. There are no dispute fees for buyers or sellers.
