1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Gigwyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, please do not use the platform.
2. The marketplace
Gigwyn is a marketplace that connects buyers with freelancers. Gigwyn facilitates orders, secure payments, messaging and dispute resolution, but the actual services are delivered by the individual sellers. Gigwyn is not a party to any contract between a buyer and a seller.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your profile up to date.
4. Fees and payments
Buyers pay a service fee on top of the gig price. Sellers are charged a marketplace commission on each completed order. All fees are displayed transparently before an order is placed. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, and a buyer's payment is only released to the seller once the delivered work is approved.
5. Delivery and revisions
Sellers must deliver the work described in the gig within the stated delivery window. Buyers may request revisions as described in the purchased package. A delivery deadline is set when the seller accepts the order.
6. Disputes
If an order cannot be completed to the buyer's satisfaction, either party can open a dispute. Gigwyn administrators review disputes and may issue a refund where eligible. Both parties agree to cooperate with the review process.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform to list or purchase illegal services, engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law. Gigwyn may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Limitation of liability
Gigwyn is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigwyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
