How do I place an order?+
Browse gigs and open the one you like. Choose a package that fits your budget and timeline, add a note about your project, and click Continue. Your payment is held safely until you approve the delivered work.
Can I message a seller before ordering?+
Yes. Every gig page has an 'Ask a question' box where you can message the seller directly before placing an order. Open your inbox from the messages icon to keep the conversation going.
How does payment work?+
Gigwyn uses a secure escrow-style flow. Your payment is only released to the seller once you approve the delivery. If you open a dispute, an administrator reviews it and can issue a full refund where eligible.
How are fees calculated?+
Buyers pay a 3% service fee on top of the gig price. Sellers receive the gig price minus a 12% marketplace commission. You always see the full breakdown before you order.
How long does delivery take?+
Each package shows a delivery window in days. When the seller accepts your order, a deadline is set. You can track it on the order page and the seller is notified when they are close to overdue.
What if I am not happy with the delivery?+
Message the seller to request revisions first. If you still cannot reach an agreement, open a dispute from the order page and our team will step in to resolve it.
How do I become a seller?+
Sign in and click 'Become a seller'. Create a gig with a clear title, description, tags and pricing packages. New gigs are reviewed by our team before they go live.
How do I withdraw my earnings?+
Sellers can request a payout from the seller dashboard once they have an available balance. Payouts are approved by an administrator.
