When and how do I get paid?+
Buyers pay up front when they place an order. The payment is held securely and released to you once the buyer approves your delivery. When you have an available balance, request a payout from your seller dashboard and an administrator approves it.
How are new gigs approved?+
After you create a gig it is reviewed by our team before going live. We check that the service is clearly described and follows our guidelines so buyers can order with confidence.
What if a buyer opens a dispute?+
Disputes are rare. If one happens, our team reviews the order and the delivery history to reach a fair outcome. Legitimate completed work is protected and refunds are only issued where they are eligible.
Do I need to sell full time?+
